  • You can buy a gift token for family or friends who would enjoy coming on a course – just ring up to discuss details

The school is very centrally situated and can be reached easily by those living here in N Ireland or travelling up the M1 from the south.

  • 5 miles from Newry
  • 15 miles from Dundalk
  • 12 miles from Armagh
  • 40 miles from Belfast

Access to the main M1 linking Belfast and Dublin is just 3 miles away.

It is part of a working farm where you can come across a range of animals including Blonde D'Aquetaine cattle, Anglo Nubian goats, thoroughbred horses and the usual selection of cats, dogs, peacocks, hens etc...

The school gets its name from the townland in which it lies - Rathcarbery (an old Irish name which means the fort of the O'Caibre family). The small townland straddles the Drumnahunshin Road which links the main Armagh/Newry Road to the Whitecross/Mountain House Road.
