There will be two 5 or 6 week sessions held from mid-September until Christmas.  We then take a wjnter break during the month of January and classes will resume at the beginning of February. There are usually two 5 week sessions running until Easter. You need to contact me by phone to discuss which course you are interested in.  Then I will try to fit you in at a time that suits you.

If you or a group of your friends would like to plan a series of lessons to suit your particular requirement/s then this can possibly be arranged.

Summary of Courses on offer

In recent years I have found that people like to make a mixture of dishes throughout each session rather than, for example, having 5 weeks of making tray bakes and then having to get these eaten at home.  So each week we usually make two dishes which would include both savoury and sweet or baked items.

This will continue this year unless there is a big interest shown in any of the particular areas listed below.

Tray Bakes and Wee buns!

As the title suggests, this  course will give you the opportunity to make baked items which are relatively quick to make and are a good standby for visitors and entertaining.
